The United Arab Emirates 5 Dirham banknote was issued by the United Arab Emirates Central Bank in 2013. The replacement banknote comes in brown and is 143 x 60 mm in size. Its obverse features the Central Market or the Blue Souk and the new coat of arms that consists of the national flag surrounded by stars on the Saker falcons chest. The banknotes reverse displays a tower at the Bay of Khorfakkan and a saker falcon. The banknote has a solid security thread with a demetalized UAE 5. It also bears a watermark that reflects the head of a saker falcon. This UAE 5 Dirham replacement paper bill is in uncirculated condition.
