This Version 2 ‘Saddam Hussein and the Central Bank of Kuwait Heist’ 1-dinar Kuwaiti note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Kuwait. It is a reddish-brown note that is dated 1990, bears the signatures of Jassam Mohammad Al Kharafi and Salem Abdulaziz Al Sabah, in uncirculated condition, and measures 137 x 68 mm. Its obverse side features the Telecommunications Center buildings in Kuwait City and the coat of arms with falcon and dhow. Its reverse side shows the Red Fort along with a tree. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of a dhow. This note comes with a folder card and Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
