This uncirculated 500 Qatari riyal note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Qatar Central Bank in 2007. It is a blue and violet note that bear the signatures of Abdullah Saud Al-Thani and Ali Shareef Al Emadi, and measures 164 mm x 73.5 mm. Its obverse side features a holographic patch and the national coat of arms. Its reverse side shows the Royal Palace, a falcon head, and the Al-Wajbah Fort. Security features include a solid security thread, an Optiks security thread, and a watermark of a falcon head with an electrotype 500.
