When you receive your shipment and at the top of the carton first release the side tapes then pull up on 2 pieces of cardboard that are still attached by the middle tape so it’s not touching the item and cut the middle tape there by keeping the cutting tool away from the item that might be pressing up against the package. SHIPPED FROM A SMOKE & PET FREE HOME. DUE TO THE PANDEMIC IT'S POSSIBLE THAT THE ITEM YOU ORDER MIGHT NOT GET TO YOU IN THE ESTIMATED TIME FRAME WINDOW.
