The Afghanistan 50 Afghanis is part of the family of notes issued in 1991 bearing the Afghanistan bank logo instead of the countrys Coat of Arms. This particular bill is in uncirculated condition. On the bottom center of its obverse is the bank logo which depicts a Tetradrachm coin originating from the Greco-Bactrian Kingdom. The reverse features the Dar-al-Aman Palace in Kabul. This 134 x 58 mm paper banknote bears the signatures of former Da Afghanistan Bank governors Khalilullah Sediq and Mohammad Kabir.
