A “case” always results in a “black mark” regardless of the resolution. International buyers: please note that in the last few weeks I have had a rash on ‘non-deliveries’ to European countries where the item has turned up after the estimated delivery time. I believe the issue is a mail handling fault leaving Australia or increased security delays within the postal system generally. Deliveries to destinations outside of Australia seem to be taking around 30 days at the moment instead of the previous 5 to 10 days. Please, try to wait a little longer for deliveries and do contact me before using the eBay system to lodge a complaint – all complaints are treated as the sellers fault and results in a black mark, no matter the settlement.
