I believe the issue is a mail handling fault leaving Australia or increased security delays within the postal system generally. Deliveries to destinations outside of Australia seem to be taking around 30 days at the moment instead of the previous 5 to 10 days. Please, try to wait a little longer for deliveries and do contact me before using the eBay system to lodge a complaint – all complaints are treated as the sellers fault and results in a black mark, no matter the settlement.
