1986-2002 IRAQ 10,000 DENARS SADDAM HUSSEIN ERA UNCUT SHEET OF 15 NOTES WITH SILVER FOIL STRIPS. I have had this piece in a frame for about 30 years. It is uncut, uncirculated and in mint condition. It has the silver foil security strips a tiny piece of foil is loose. I don’t see a serial number. This is a rare piece of history withdrawn from circulation June 16, 2004. This will not be sent in a frame.
